BOILER REPLACEMENT IDLEWILD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The Board of Education of the Memphis City Schools will accept written bids to remove and replace the existing steam boiler as described and set forth in the Board of Education Specifications.
Bid packets may be picked up in the Memphis City Schools, Division of Procurement Services, 2597 Avery Avenue, Memphis, TN 38112, Room 126 prior to the bid date.
The pre-bid conference will start in the main office at Idlewild Elementary School, 1950 Linden Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. for all interested bidders. Mandatory Attendance is required at the pre-bid conference in order to submit a bid for this project. (All contractors/bidders must report to the main office in order to participate in the pre-bid conference).
Sealed bids will be accepted until the 8th of May 2008 at 10:45 a.m. and will be publicly opened at that time in the Division of Procurement Services, 2597 Avery Avenue, Room 126.
