i always enjoy the tri-state defender,every since i was a teen and that was over 40 years ago. i get so much more information concerning Black issues, social events and positive youth activites with picutures that i would never get in the Other local news paper. thanks for all the extra news. a faithful subscriber

i have enjoyed the tri-state defender for over 35 years. it is so informative with a lot of articles and opinions by local and nationa writers. i especially enjoy the positive articles on our youth, social and church events with pictures that i would never get from the Other newspaper. thanks for all the years in reporting the POSITIVE NEWS about Blacks, the special articles written from our writers and journalists, the crossword puzzles, and last but not least, the political cartoons that says a thousand words. keep up the good work. we appreciate you.
