Miss. - On May 18, Dr. Judy Alsobrooks Meredith, wife of James Meredith, first
black to attend the University of Mississippi in 1962, filed a Title VII Sex and
Age Discrimination lawsuit in Federal Court in Jackson, MS, against Jackson
State University (JSU) and the Director of University Communications, Anthony
Dean.
